6 Working hours that are flexible and are only from Monday to Friday. The Fellowship tenure will be 90 days and will happen virtually & can be done from home.

Applicants for Fellowship will participate in Potentia Play, a virtual interactive group game on Google Meet. The game is designed to asses skills of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving and personality traits such as openness, conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion, and neuroticism. The top performers in the game will be selected for the fellowship at Foruppo. Participation in the game is in itself a great learning experience as the game is very rewarding & innovative. All participants including those who will not be selected for Fellowship will receive a Certificate for participating in Fellowship Game. A fellow will receive a Certificate of Fellowship from Foruppo and a Certificate of Internship where the Fellow will do a Live Project. The fellow will also receive a Permit of Privileged Access that will provide access to Skill Development Bootcamps by founders and will be able to participate in it even after completion of the Fellowship. Best-performing fellows will also receive a Letter of Recommendation from their supervising officers.

A fellow will get dynamic roles & responsibilities that will evolve as the fellow will learn & grow. Generally speaking, the roles and responsibilities will be related to Project planning/management and Product design/management where a fellow will get the opportunities to build the product/project, coordinate with the team, keep a track record of the team’s work, have virtual meetings with potential collaborators/prospects, recruit new team members, conduct internet research, develop project scopes and objectives, ensure resource availability and allocation, etc.

Applicants should have good spoken and written communication skills, Leadership skills, a Learning-oriented, decisive, and result-driven mindset, the Ability to work effectively in a team, Passion for Project/Product Management and business Development, and Enthusiasm for Entrepreneurship and startups.

Fellows will get to participate in Foruppo’s specially designed SDPs that will cover Aptitude Development, Personality Development, and specific skills related to Project Management, Product Management, Startup Building, etc. You will get to learn about the 7 major forms of verbal & non-verbal communication, the art of persuasion and negotiation, optimal internet research, team building and management along with the fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business Development

Fellows will learn about analytical skills to solve problems, critical thinking, creative thinking, increasing self-awareness, developing interpersonal skills, etc. Fellows will learn innovative methodologies & frameworks related to project planning/management, product design/management along with actionable dynamic models of building startups.

SDPs are gamified and interactive with lots of lessons, actionable feedback, valuable insights & fun done under the mentorship of founders, experts and project captains.
