Experiences of Participants of Potentia Play
Potentia Play is the virtual interactive group game on Google Meet where applicants for fellowship compete with each other to get selected into Fellowship Program. Following are the thoughts shared by some of the participants at the end of the game.
The game was interesting and made me think on the whole. It was a rare chance to examine one's professional and personal identity and give voice to those reflections. Because of the nature of the topic, I was able to highlight my unique qualities and character traits in a variety of settings.

I believe this game is an extremely unique and interactive approach to assess the potential of candidates as it puts them on the spot, checks their ability to think critically, co-operate and lead a team as well as communicate their thoughts in a fluent and effective manner

It's was an amazing idea of initiating a game to select the right candidates... This was my very first experience to have a selection process in this kinda creative and enjoyable way.. Even though I'm a fresher as a first year student I felt very comfortable and interactive with all you people... Overall it was a very great experience for me.. Even I have learnt certain things in this session itself..And I immensely thank you for giving me this beautiful opportunity…

The gamified interview challenged me to showcase my skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in an interactive setting. It pushed me to think outside the box and bring my best self forward. Through various collaborative activities, I was able to demonstrate my potential and align myself with Foruppo's entrepreneurial spirit

It was a really great game like i didn't feel like it is for assessing something or a kind of test. It was like a discussion and very smooth. I think this is a great idea of knowing people in short time period. It shows the compatibility of your mind and behavior with other people.

It is a game to test our communication skills and how initiative we are, especially in the second round it is a kind of discussion with someone to tackle a problem it brings our thinking ability and problem-solving skills out. Finally, it is a unique game, i think I've learned a lot here by playing.

The game is a good opportunity for the applicants to test and enhance their skills. The game allowed us to see the team spirit in us and how can we collaborate with each other. I liked the method of the game and the way the problem was to be solved along with the team, it was really helpful.

I believe it was a unique idea because it helped me boost up my confidence. Before the start of the game, I was skeptical whether I would be able to perform well with a team that was made on spot. But surprisingly we did really well. So It was a great experience.

Potentia Play is a unique game designed to assess the potential of players in a variety of areas, including problem-solving, creativity, and decision-making. The game is played in a post-apocalyptic setting, and players must use their skills to survive and thrive in the new world.

It was a unique and interesting approach for selection of candidates, I loved it, enabled me to connect with diverse range of people. It's a great way to assess someone's soft skills and the voting part.... No idea how that works and curious to know, thank you for the opportunity.

It's great experience, As I have already gone with lot of interviews with teams but not same like this getting into new people and speak with them broadly and come up with solutions . Nice idea of selection.

Now it's a pretty unique way to discuss the problems and their solutions. In just 20-25 minutes we got to know the perspective of 20-30 different people from different parts of country. These kind of opportunities and situations and makes a person mentally ready to solve any crisis in business world. We got to learn to compensate the solution in many as 3 minutes with a good amount of solutions. This developed a skill of leading the group under certain circumstances.
